Simple summary: EnergyGasOffers charges customers nothing for our consultation services. Because our service to you is always free, there is nothing to refund for the advice and guidance we provide.

1. Our Service Is Free to Customers

EnergyGasOffers provides independent energy and gas consultation services at no cost to the customer. We do not charge consultation fees, subscription fees, or any other fees for the guidance and advisory support we provide.

Because we do not charge customers for our core consultation service, no refund applies to the consultation itself. You will never receive an invoice from EnergyGasOffers for speaking with our advisors or receiving guidance.

2. Confirmation: No Charges to Customers

To be completely clear:

  • EnergyGasOffers does not charge customers any consultation fees.
  • EnergyGasOffers does not charge customers subscription or membership fees.
  • EnergyGasOffers does not require payment of any kind to access our guidance.
  • You will never be billed by EnergyGasOffers for speaking with an advisor.

If anyone claims to be from EnergyGasOffers and asks you to pay for consultation services, please contact us immediately at (833) 611-6264. This would not be authorized by us.

3. Third-Party Services & Products

In some cases, our advisors may connect you with or refer you to third-party licensed energy suppliers, service providers, or other resources. If you enroll in or purchase a service or product from any third-party provider through our referral:

  • That transaction is between you and the third party directly.
  • EnergyGasOffers is not a party to that transaction.
  • Any refund, cancellation, or dispute related to that third-party service must be handled directly with that provider, under their own refund and cancellation policies.
  • EnergyGasOffers cannot process refunds for third-party services.

We strongly recommend you review the terms, cancellation policy, and refund policy of any third-party service before enrolling or making a purchase.

4. Referral Compensation

EnergyGasOffers may receive a referral commission or fee from licensed energy suppliers when a customer enrolls in a service through our assistance. This compensation:

  • Is paid by the third-party supplier — not by you.
  • Does not add any cost or fee to your service.
  • Does not affect the impartiality or quality of our guidance.
  • Is disclosed transparently as part of our business model.

If at any time you feel our referral arrangements have negatively affected the guidance you received, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

5. Concerns or Disputes

If you have any concern about our services — including the conduct of any advisor, the accuracy of information provided, or any charge you believe was improperly made in connection with our referral — please contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and transparently.
